LAVWMA Export Expansion Project Costs. <br />10 8.1 LAVWMA shall pay all costs of the Export Expansion Project including but <br />11 not limited to design, construction, maintenance and any costs required to connect the <br />12 Expansion Project to EBDA's system. <br />13 8.2 LAVWMA shall reimburse EBDA for all staff time and legal costs reasonably <br />14 related to the LAVWMA Export Expansion Project in accordance with the method of <br />15 calculating costs set forth in EXHIBIT "A". <br />16 9. Agreement with Castro Valley Sanitary District. LAVWMA shall comply with the <br />17 terms of existing LAVWMA/EBDA Agreements with respect to construction of facilities <br />18 within the jurisdiction of the Castro Valley Sanitary District, including Paragraph 1 of the <br />19 1978 Agreement. LAVWMA shall enter into a Right of Entry Agreement with Castro Valley <br />20 Sanitary District that reflects new expanded facilities within Castro Valley Sanitary <br />21 District's service area. <br />22 10.
