Construction of LAVWMA Export Expansion Project. <br />12 2.1 EBDA agrees that a new pipeline constructed as part of the LAVWMA <br />13 Export Expansion Project may be connected to EBDA's system, provided however, that <br />14 EBDA staff shall review and concur in the design to insure its compatibility with the <br />15 Authority's forcemain and outfall system. LAVWMA shall have sole discretion to <br />16 determine the size and wet weather pumping capacity of the Export Expansion System. <br />17 3. LAVWMA Participation in EBDA Operation, Maintenance, and Special Study <br />18 Costs <br />19 3.1 lJ1VWMA shall participate in all costs of the Authority, except those <br />20 specifically associated with the pump stations at Alvarado and Hayward, and the <br />21 forcemain from Alvarado to Oro Loma. <br />22 3.2 Said costs shall include the following: operation, maintenance, <br />23 administration, studies, reports, and renewal and replacement of equipment. <br />r rev. o per point mtng o o er , <br />
