I N C O R V O R A 7 ~ D <br />owner should alter the Lot in any manner which will interfere with positive grading <br />including, but not limited to, alterations through the installation of landscaping, <br />retaining walls, decks, concrete patios, fences and fence posts, walkways, driveways, <br />parking areas, and flower boxes, without first obtaining the professional advice of an <br />engineer experienced in grading and drainage practices. Each owner of a Lot shall <br />also be responsible to maintain the grading and drainage of the Lot, in such a manner <br />so that no surface waters will drain onto an adjoining owner's Lot, or obstruct the free <br />flow of waters along the established drainage pattern. Storm water and irrigation <br />drainage from an individual Lot should outlet to the street drainage system, a concrete <br />"V"-ditch or the natural drainage swales in controlled manner as recommended by the <br />_ consulting geotechnical engineer or engineering geologist. <br />_ 5. Any alterations to a Lot, particularly to the established grading and drainage thereof, <br />may adversely affect the integrity of the building constructed upon the Lot or upon <br />__ adjoining Lots.
