All of which said rooms herein leased are also more partic- <br /> <br />ularly described as follows, to-wit:- <br /> <br /> Room No. I, situate in the southeast corner of said building <br /> in size about 24 x 29 feet; <br /> <br />Room No. 2, situate in the southwest corner of said building <br />in size about 24 x 32 feet; <br /> <br /> Room No. $ situate in the rear of said building and about <br />the center of the weWt'side~'thereof, and connecting with <br />l~oOm~[o" 2 in size' aboUt l0 x 14 feet;' <br /> <br /> TO HOLD the said premises with the appurtenances unto the <br />said lessee from and after the let day of January, A.D., 191§, <br /> <br />for and during the full term of forty-nine (49) years, at a <br />rental of One ($1.00) Dollar per year, payable in advance on <br /> <br />the let day of January, of each and e~ery year of this lease; <br /> <br /> IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by and between the <br />parties hereto as follows:- <br /> <br /> (1) That the said party of the second part shall have free <br />and unhindered egress and ingress in and to the room~harein <br />leased, through the hall-ways of the to~ hall now ~mder con- <br />struction and in which gaid rooms are to be mitmate; <br /> <br /> (2) That said rooms herein leased are to be used for free, <br />public library, read and club room purposes only, and the room <br />hereinbefore designated as Room No. One shall be used con- <br />tinuously for free public library purposes and be open to the <br />public ~t all times outomary for the keeping open of free, <br />public libraries, and said rooms are not to be sub-let or <br />leased to any person or persons for any purpose whatever, <br />excepting that it is particularly provided that the use of <br />the room designated as No. One may be given to any person <br />or persons as the said secon-'~-~ty may designate for the <br />purpose of carrying on and conduSting the free, public library <br />herein mentioned to be carried on and conducted by said party <br />of the second psrt; <br /> <br /> (3) That said rooms shall be kept in good repairs by the <br />said party of the second part, and the said party of the first <br />part shall be at no expense whatsoever in the up-keep of said <br />rooms (wear and Lear by the elements excepted); <br /> <br /> (4) That there shall be provided for the use of the <br />Women's Improvement Club fuel bunkers in the same portion <br />of the Town Hall as said rooms are situate; <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
