Resolution No. 97-100 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Council approves a reduction of the Lower Income Housing Fee for the <br /> self-storage project. Specifically, the on-site manager's residence and office <br /> shall be subject to the normal fee of $0.45 per square foot (or as otherwise <br /> in effect at the time building permits are obtained for the project). The <br /> remaining portion of the buildings devoted to storage uses shall be subject <br /> to a fee of $0.10 per square foot.
