PARKS <br /> <br />As with previous years, staff attempts to include projects recommended by the Ci~s Parks and <br />Recreation Commission in accordance with their recommended priorities. To that end all projects <br />ranked prioriV/I or 2 on a 3-point scale (1 being the highest priority), as identified by the <br />Commission are funded in this plan. All other projects are listed as un~mded. The projects below <br />represent the significant projects included in this year's program. <br /> <br />.Parks Proieets Funded with Park Dedication Fees: <br /> <br />~- FY 1997/98 <br /> <br /> · 51,920,885 to be used toward the development of a community park at a yet to be determined <br /> site. The revenue for this project was derived exclusively from the transfer of all revenue <br /> received from Condition 26 applicable to City business parks, page 48. <br /> <br /> · 51,442,000 for the acquisition of land and the development of a neighborhood park in north <br /> HeasanUm (Hacienda Business Park), page 50. <br /> <br /> · 5103,000 for the development of a new skateboard/roller blade facility at a yet to be <br /> determined site, paSe 49. <br /> <br />~- 1~ 1998/99 <br /> <br /> · Establish a reserve totaling $1,185,000 during the course of this program for the development <br /> of the Alviso Adobe Community Park, page 51. <br /> <br /> · Provide 5360,500 for completion of Pleasanton Sports & Recreation Park (Phase VI, Part ll), <br /> page 52. <br /> <br /> 'ark Proieets Included in the Miscellaneous Project Cate[or7 for.
