· Community Park - The Parks Program includes $1,920,885 for development of a community park with lighted sports fields: At this time no site, ~ plan or cost estimate has been developed for the park. However, it is anticipated that a park of this type my cost up to $11,000,000. Further, various pending developments may impact the location and/or need for this park. · AIviso Adobe Park - A reserve of $1,185,000 has been established for this pwject. Upon completion of the Park Master Plan, final costs will be developed. · East Amador Relief Line Pmnp Station - A reserve of $156,000 has been established to offset the cost of this project which will approach $2,000,000. While a specie pwject timetable has not yet been developed, a 1988 study indicated a new pump station may be needed by the year 2008. The exact need and timetable is based on the nmount of ln~ltration/~ows into the relief line. PROJECT SUMMARIES This year's program contsins $19, 172,321 of funded FY 1997/98 projects and $11,048, 102 of 1998/99 projects. A summary of the major projects itwludes: STREETS e,. FT 1997/98 · Provide $800,000 for various street restfffacing projects, page 3 I. · Provide $130,000 to install a street light at Amador High School, page 36. · Provide $3,713,396 for the reconsmwtion of the First Street Bridge and utilities currently in place at the Arroyo Del Valle near old Stanley, page 41. · Provide $203,200 for Phase I of the Owens Drive (~ Hopyard Improvement Project, page 44. ~ Fy 1998/99 · Pwvide $900,000 for various street resurfacing projects, page 31. · $1,688,000 to complete the Dublin Canyon Road widening project, page 42. · Make storm drainage impwvements on Sunol Boulevard at Junipero Street for a cost of $70,000, page 39. 10
