<br />BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION <br /> <br />44. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall submit a waste <br />management plan to the Building and Safety Division. The plan shall include the <br />estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the <br />applicant intends to recycle at least 50 percent of the total job site construction and <br />demolition waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of compliance shall be <br />provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building <br />permit. During demolition and construction, the applicant shall mark all trash <br />disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials <br />only". The applicant shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of <br />all waste from the site. <br /> <br />45. The homes covered by this approval shall be constructed to encourage <br />telecommuting by providing, as an option, telecommunications infrastructure <br />consistent with state-of-the-art methods, e.g., cabling for DSL service, wiring for <br />total room access, etc. The applicant shall submit those measures included in the <br />home construction for review and approval by the Building and Safety Division <br />before issuance of the first building permit. <br /> <br />46. All dwelling units in the development shall be constructed to meet Title 24 state <br />energy conservation requirements. <br /> <br />47. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in <br />effect before the Building and Safety Division will issue permits. <br /> <br />48. The applicant shall submit plot plan showing building setbacks and a topographic <br />plan showing grading and drainage. Pad elevations, finish floor elevations, <br />retaining walls, easements, maximum height of the highest structure, and the front, <br />rear, and side yards are to be indicated on the plan. Plan is to be signed by a <br />registered civil engineer. The plot plan shall show compliance with <br />Sections 2907(d) and 7oo12(d) of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />49. The applicant shall submit a site soils report to the Chief Building Official, with as <br />many copies as required by the Chief Building Official prior to issuance of a <br />grading permit, for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the <br />time specified. <br /> <br />50. The record grading plan is to be submitted to the Chief Building Official before <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />8 <br />
