Commissioner Blank noted that he drove this route daily and was surprised by the recommendation for a signal He recalled that the Commission had requested that staff provide a list of specific uses and he was surprised by the inclusion of adult entertainment establishments. He noted that drive-through restaurants generally had a very high trip generation rate; however, this site, as presently proposed, is not configured to accommodate adrive-through restaurat~t. If an applicant requested one, it would raise design questions sad require Planning Commission approval.
