YYYiYYI .' = PLANNING COMMISSION <br />,~ <br />~~„~ ~CJt`~1 V 1 ~1 V® MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, November 7 6, 2005 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 7 6, 2005, was called to order at 7:03 p.m_ by <br />Chairperson Maas. <br />I_ ROLL cALL <br />~_- Staff Members Present: Donna Decker, Principal Planner, Lynn Tracy Nerland, Assistant <br />city Attorney; Marion Pavan, Associate Planner, Yhil Grubstick, <br />City Engineer; Mike Fulford; City Landscape Architect; Captain. <br />Dave Spitler, Police Department; and Cory Ernberso a, Recording <br />Secretary. <br />CoYrimissioners Present Comiriissioners Brian Arkin, Philip Blank, Anne Fox, Trish Maas, <br />Jer~iiifer Pearce, and Mary Roberts_ <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2_ APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. October 26, 2005. <br />Cornrnissioner Blank noted that the phrase "The Public Hearing Was Opened" was mentioned <br />twice for Itcrn G_b__ PUD-48, Silverstone Communities, on page 9 and page 10. He requested <br />that the second notation be delatad_ <br />Commissioner Fox inquired whether Ms_ Decker's statement on page 12 regarding PRZ-30 <br />Ordinarica on the Keening of Chickens, under "M attars Initiated by Commission Members," that <br />the two houses were Low Density Residential Units was factually correct.
