Ms_ Dackcr advised that they had subxTxittad a prelixriinary review to the Planning <br />Department the previous week. 71~at matter would come before the Commission as a <br />workshop. The traffic impacts of that prof act would require significant review and <br />scoping, which would provides the applicant with direction from the Planning <br />Coxnxriission_ She noted that the residents who backed the site would be noticed. <br />Coxrxmissioner I31ank suggested an expanded radius, perhaps 3,000 feet, to provide <br />sufScient noticing_ <br />Coxrnr~issioner Roberts suggested putting a sign on the property to advertise the public <br />hearing. <br />Commissioner Pearce noted that the synagogue congregation adjacent to the sites should <br />also be noticed on. time. <br />K_ MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACT[ON <br />a_ Future Planning Calendar <br />Acting Chair Arkin thanked Ms_ Decker for the rrxenzo outlining the items for the <br />November 16, 2005 meeting, which would he an extensive agenda_ Ms. Decker noted <br />that several of the items would not be controversial and could be agendi zed for the <br />beginning of the meeting_ <br />b.
