Commissioner Fox made a substitute motion that appetizers be provided or sold whenever <br />alcohol was served_ <br />Commissioner Roberts seconded the motion_ <br />Commissioner Blank noted that there was no reason to impose any new condition regarding <br />food, given the existence of Condition of Approval No_ 8_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioner F`ox. <br />NOES_ Commissioners Blank, Maas, Pearce, and Roberts. <br />ABSTAIN= None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Comn~issioncr Arkin_ <br />"1'hc motion failed. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to make the conditional use findings as listed in the staff <br />report and to approve the modification to UP-95-54, subject to the conditions of approval <br />listed in Exhibit B of the staff report, as recommended by staff_ <br />Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE. <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Maas, Yearce, and Roberts <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Nona_ <br />RECUSED= None. <br />ABST-:NT: Commissioner Arkin_ <br />Resolution No. PC-2005-46 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />7_ MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Kolln Hardware <br />Commissioner Fox inquired about the status of the former Kolln Hardware Store on Main Street_ <br />Ms. Decker provided information about the two phases occurring with this project.
