Ms. Decker indicated that a parking analysis for the Downtown area was not requested in <br />relation to this project. She added that she is not familiar with residential projects in <br />which parking requirements are analyzed in relation to a commercial Downtown. She <br />clarified that this is a residential project in a residential site zoned RM-15 for which four <br />units are allowed and tandem parking was proposed. <br />e_ PUD-38. He noted that the <br />ordinance is constraining since the permit runs with the property and that it would be a lot <br />easier if the City had a temporary use permit for animals for six months, after which it <br />would return to the Commission for evaluation. He requested that this item be agendi z_ed <br />for a Future Commission meeting. <br />Commissioner Roberts stated that the Commission would need to make a <br />recommendation to the Council For an ordinance change. <br />Ms. Nerland advised that there are legal constraints with respect to the State's <br />interpretation of conditional use permits but that staff would look into the matter. <br />Fire Sprinkler Requirement for All New Residences <br />Commissioner Blank inquired if the Commission would be interested in agendizing a <br />recoirimendation to the Council requiring fire sprinklers for all new residences, regardless <br />of size or location.
