Ms_ Decker advised. that there had been a question regarding whether the May 25, 2005 <br />minutes could he approved. based on some material received from those attending the <br />hearing_ Staff evaluated the statements made by one of the speakers, Ms. Kirsten Machi, <br />for PDUP-7, Douglas and Patricia Sutton and noted that her recollection of the meeting <br />varied. from the audiotaped record of the hearing. Staff determined that the attached <br />transcription should be included. in the minutes instead of Ms_ Machi's written statement_ <br />In addition, there was a second issue £or the same agenda item on page 3 that staff <br />believed should be placed in the minutes as wall_ <br />Chairperson Maas moved to approve the addition of the verbatim transcription of <br />Ms_ Machi's statement, as well as the proposed revision of the second issue stated on <br />page 3 of the transcription, into the minutes as recommended by staff; Ms_ Machi's <br />written statement would not be entered into the minutcs_ <br />Commissioner Arkin seconded the motion_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE- <br />AYES.
