(1) work with staff to allow some <br />areas of the elevations to have stucco in place of the wood Siding, subject to the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director, and (2) provide more shrubbery <br />along the transition from the solid retaining wall to the wood fence to soften/screen <br />the view and ensure that the design of the fence is attractive and compatible with the <br />wall. <br />Commissioner Roberts seconded the motion_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE. <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Fox, Maas, Pearce, and Roberts. <br />NOES: None_ <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECL7SED: None_ <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Blank. <br />Resolution No. PC-2005-33 was entered and adopted as motioned_ <br />c_ PUD-32 Daniel and Belinda Sarich <br />Work session to review and. provide comments on an applicatiott £or Planned iJ4iit <br />Development SPUD) development plan to demolish an existing 2,300-square-foot <br />single-family residential unit and to construct an approximately <br />7 4,510-square-£oot single-family residence, a 2,000-square-foot wine barn, an <br />880-square-£oot caretaker's unit, and a 130-square-foot poolhouse on an <br />approximately 20-acre site located at 5 Tuscany Place (formerly 1630 Vineyard <br />Avenues in the Vineyard Avenue C=orridor Spcci£ic Plan Area.
