Because the agenda for the past meetings have been so <br />heavy, staff has endeavored to expedite some of the simpler projects so those in attendance for <br />those projects would not have to wait for several hours for a short hearing- Staff gets the best <br />sense of responses to an item when the public notices go out; if an item draws rnaiiy people, they <br />try to get those items heard earlier in the agenda- <br />Wind Turbine Noise <br />Commissioner Blank would like to agendize a discussion of a potential ordinance regulation of <br />noise from wind tnrbincs that may be erected in the City_ <br />Commissioner Fox commented that she did not know whether an ordinance should be in place <br />when there are no uses- <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES June 22, 2005 Page 19 of 20 <br />
