THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED_ <br />Ms_ Nerland requested that Condition No. 4 requiring a maintenance agreement with the City be <br />deleted. She added that any non-maintenance of the sign would be handled through the Code <br />Enforcement of£ice_ <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS RE-O PENED_ <br />Mr_ Panrague informed the Commission that the lease would require the tenants to maintain their <br />units and the surroundings_ <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED_ <br />Commissioner Fox noted that there was no condition regarding landscaping and. inquired ifthat <br />could be added to the Conditions o£Approval_ Ms_ Decker said yes. <br />Commissioner Roberts moved to approve Case PSDR-237, subject to the Conditions of <br />Approval as listed in Exhibit B of the staff report, with the following modifications= <br />(1J D¢l¢t¢ Condition No_ 4 regarding th¢ requirement for a maintenance agreement, and <br />(2J Add new conditions that.
