PlaIIIIlIIg CommissioII Review of the City's Capital ImprovemeIIt Program tCIP) for <br />Fiscal Years 2005-2006 through 2008-2009 <br />Ms_ Decker summari zed the staff report, indicating that the drag Capital Improvem cnt <br />Program (CiP~ had come before the Commission at an earlier meeting for its review and <br />recommendations. She indicated that the CIP has now been Finalized and pointed out that upon <br />approval by the City Council, only the first two years of the Program would be approved £or <br />funding.
