Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />There were none. <br />9_ COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br />U_ REFERRALS <br />"1"here were none. <br />11_ MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Vintage Hills ShonninQ Center <br />Ms. Decker noted that staff received some materials regarding the design review application for <br />the Vintage Hills shopping center, which included a t3rst-tier cleanup. The proposal was not <br />deemed to be significant enough to warrant a full design review package. A staff review was <br />conducted, with a 15-day appeal period. <br />E-Mail to Commissioners <br />Ms. Decker noted that there had heen concerns about e-mail not received by Commissioners <br />regarding the St_ Clare's application. She asked the Commission whether they would object to <br />their personal a-mail addresses being made public- <br />Commissioner Blank noted that he did not wish for his business a-mail to be used, as he would. <br />not be able to devote much of the work day to a-mail correspondence- He suggested that <br />dedicated e-mail -addresses through the City's e-mail system to created which would mirror to the <br />Commissioners' a-mail addresses- He also suggested that the Commissioners be able to respond <br />with the City e-mail address as well. <br />Ms_ Nerland noted that she would request the Information Systen-is Division to look into that <br />possibility.
