Commissioner BIanK moved to approve PDR-446 as recommended by staff with the following modifications. 1_ Modify Condition No_ 1.9 to indicate that the developer would provide financial security acceptable to the City Attorney and the Planning Department; that the vegetative covering of the retaining walls be 50 percent to 75 percent coverage, whichever is applicable if not already covered in the subdivision improvement bond; that atwo-year time limit be in place from installation of the vegetation; and that the security would be held for two years until completion of the final unit_ 2_ Modify Conditions Nos_ 32 to 36 to in elude language that all stormwater requirements will be reviewed by staff to determine the applicability of the conditions to each lot_ 3_ Tone down the blue color_ 4_ Modify Condition No_ 6 to limit construction days to Monday through Frid ay_ G'ommissioner Arkin seconded the motion_ Commissioner Fox suggested an amendment that the Planning Commission receive a copy of the plans for Lots 7 and 8 upon completion_ Commissioners Blank and Arkin accepted the proposed amendment.
