Commissioner BIanK moved to approve PDR-446 as recommended by staff with the <br />following modifications. <br />1_ Modify Condition No_ 1.9 to indicate that the developer would provide financial <br />security acceptable to the City Attorney and the Planning Department; that the <br />vegetative covering of the retaining walls be 50 percent to 75 percent coverage, <br />whichever is applicable if not already covered in the subdivision improvement <br />bond; that atwo-year time limit be in place from installation of the vegetation; <br />and that the security would be held for two years until completion of the final <br />unit_ <br />2_ Modify Conditions Nos_ 32 to 36 to in elude language that all stormwater <br />requirements will be reviewed by staff to determine the applicability of the <br />conditions to each lot_ <br />3_ Tone down the blue color_ <br />4_ Modify Condition No_ 6 to limit construction days to Monday through Frid ay_ <br />G'ommissioner Arkin seconded the motion_ <br />Commissioner Fox suggested an amendment that the Planning Commission receive a copy <br />of the plans for Lots 7 and 8 upon completion_ <br />Commissioners Blank and Arkin accepted the proposed amendment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE. <br />AYES_ Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Fox, Maas, and Roberts. <br />NOES= None. <br />ABSTAIN= None. <br />RECUSED= None_ <br />ABSENT= None. <br />Resolution No_ PC-2005-21 was Entered and adopted as motioned_ <br />The Plar~ning Commission recessed for a break at 9c08 p.m. <br />Chairperson Maas reconvened the meeting at 9c 1 5 p_iri_ <br />c_ PDR-448/PCUP-139.
