Future Planning Calendar <br />Chairperson Maas noted that it was a surprise to receive the e-mail regarding the Joint <br />City Council-Planning Commission workshop on April 26, 2005 and added that she was <br />accustomed to being polled for suitable dates. She mentioned that issue to the Mayor the <br />previous evening and was told that the Planning Commission should be polled for <br />available dates in the future. She requested that staff and Council be sensitive to the <br />scheduling needs of the Planning Commission, given the full agendas for upcoming <br />meetings. <br />Commissioner Blank thanked Chairperson Maas for handling the issue with great <br />diplomacy at the Council meeting_ <br />b.
