8. The public trail circling the golf course may include bikes pending City approval. <br />9. Notice of the proposed house design applications will be sent to the Planning <br />C7on~mission with the noticing sent to surrounding neighbors. <br />1 O_ With the notification of the Zoning Administrator's action sent to the Planning <br />Commission, staff will provide to the Planziing Commission copies of the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval letter, conditions of approval; computer-generated photo <br />montages of the streetscape on which the house is located, including visuals of the <br />approved houses; and reduced copies of the plan set of the proposed house, <br />including colored building perspectives and building elevations, photos of the <br />study model, and the floor plans, landscape plans, grading plans, and any other <br />design details considered by the Zoning Administrator to be pertinent to the <br />proposed design- <br />Commissioner Roberts moved to make the findings that the proposed modification <br />is covered by the previously approved Environmental impact 12eport for the Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan and by the previously approved PUD development plan <br />findings for PUD-98-76 and to recommend approval to the City Council of <br />G'ase PUD-98-16-3M, subject to the conditions of approval as shown on Exhibit B of <br />the staff report, with the above-mentioned modil3catious outlined by the <br />Commission_ <br />Commissioner Blank seconded the motion_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE- <br />AYES- Commissioners Blartlc, Maas and Roberts. <br />NOES: Commissioner Fox_ <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Arkin_ <br />Resolution No_ PC-2005-12 was entered and adopted as motioned_ <br />c_ PDR-426.
