It appeared that the Planning Commission <br />meetings regarding the Downtown Specific Plan and the City Council meeting minutes do <br />not reflect rcf~.rcrsccs to private property discussed beirzg givevz parkland use <br />designations- None of the Parks and Recreation minutes ever referred to land use <br />designation changes for the private residences off of Vervais Street. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES February 9, 2005 Page I of 22 <br />
