He noted that there had been a <br />disconnection between his office and the Planning Department prior to the last meeting, <br />and he took inznzediate steps to contact the Assistant City Attorney and the plai~iier to <br />provide the most recent information. He had also received a call from Greg Dubatowka, <br />Alexander Tree Service, informing him of what had happened.
