37. ~~nly xrxodular newspaper dispensers acconixziod ating more ihan cane ~ I~ newspaper shall <br />be allowed outside of the building within the developmcnt_ The design of these <br />dispensers shall be approved by the Planning Director_ Dispensers within the public <br />right-of-way shall require an encroachment permit by the 1/nginecring Department. <br />38_ There shall be no truck deliveries., parking lot sweeping, or leaf blowing between the <br />hours of 8=00 p_m. and 8:00 a.m. <br />39. All construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8=00 a_m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. In addition, no construction shall be allowed on Federal Holidays. If <br />future complaints are received regarding the Saturday construction hours, the Planning <br />Director may modify or revoke the Saturday construction hours. The Planning Director <br />may allow earlier "stare-times" for specific construction activities (e. g., concrete- <br />Foundation/floor-pouring, i£ it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planring <br />Uirector that the construction and construction traffic noise will not affect nearby <br />residents. All construction equipment xriust n~ect Department of Motor Vehicles ~DMV~ <br />noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br />40_ A construction trailer shall be allowed to be placed on the project site for daily <br />adxrxinistration/coordination purposes during the construction period. At no time shall <br />catrtpers, trailers, motor hon-tes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters <br />on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of <br />each workday. <br />41 All excess soil from the site shall be ofi--hauled $orn the site and disposed o£ in a lawful <br />manner. No stockpiling of dirt on this site shall occur without specific review and <br />approval by the Planning Department. <br />42_ Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries o£the property during times of <br />construction. The prof ect developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part <br />o£ the building permit plans. <br />43_ "The prof cct developer shall submit a waste generation disposal and diversion plan to the <br />Building Dep artnzent prior to issuance o£ building or dcnzolition permits. The plan shall <br />include the estixriated coxaposition acid quantities of waste to be generated and how the <br />project developer shall recycle at least -lefty percent (50`%) of the job site co nstnxction and <br />demolition waste" Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Director of Building <br />h~xspection prior to the issuance o£ final occupancy. During demolition and construction, <br />the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all <br />recycling bins "recycling materials only". The prof cct developer shall contact Pleasanton <br />Ciarbagc Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste <br />re£u scd by Pleasanton Csarbagc Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another <br />trash recycling company. <br />7 <br />
