"The applicant shall revise the grading and drainage plan to create a bioswale along the <br />eastern property line planter to treat sonic of the stornzwater cotrting ti-om the parlcittg <br />spaces and drive aisle on the east side of the building- Said modification shall be <br />submitted in conjunction with the plates submitted for issuance of building permits and <br />shall be subject to review and approval by the City Engineer and Ylamiing Director prior <br />to issuance of building permits for the project. <br />9. "l'he applicant shall revise the south building elevation to show the two Building Code- <br />required. pedestrian egress openings in the stone staircase wall. Prior to building permit issuance, a separately recorded disclosure statement shall be <br />recorded by the property owners that indicates that the Sunol Boulevard driveway could <br />be limited to right-in and right-out movements if the City installs a raised rrtedian in <br />Sunol Boulevard- <br />? S_ The developer is encouraged to work with the City's Civic Art Commission to install <br />public art nn the sitE._ <br />16. The project developer shall use their best efforts in implementing the measures identified <br />in the Green Building Council's ~GBC), "Leadership in Energy and Environmental <br />Lllesign (LEED)" in the design, construction, and operation of the proposed building. <br />Theses measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted for review and <br />approval before issuance of a building permit In conjunction with the building penrtit <br />application, the project developer shall determine the building's "LEED Green Building <br />Rating", using the CiBC evaluating Lrtcthodology, and shall report the rating to the <br />Planning Director before issuance of the building permit which shall be reported to the <br />2 <br />
