Resolution No. PC-2005-62 <br />Yage "Three <br />E>. "I'hc design of the subdivision or type of iniprovenients is not likely to <br />cause serious public health problems. <br />The subdivision is designed to be served by all City utilities and services at <br />established service levels in that full water and sewer service is provid~d- <br />"Therefore, this finding can be made. <br />7. The design of the subdivision or the type of inzprovernents do not conflict <br />with easements for access through or use of the property. <br />There are no existing easements for access or use through the property. <br />Therefore, this finding can he n~ade_ <br />8. The restriction on approving a tentative subdivision map on land covered <br />by a contract entered into pursuant to the California Land G'onservation <br />Act of 1965 is not applicable <br />"1'he site is not covered by such a contract. Thercforq this finding can be made. <br />9. The discharge of waste froth the proposed subdivision would not result in <br />violation of existing requiretrte nts prescribed by the California Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) <br />The project will meet all State and local requirements including those of the <br />California. Regional Water Quality Control Board. Therefore, this finding can be <br />made. <br />W HEI2_E,AS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposed subdivision is in <br />keeping with the requirements of the previously approved YUU development <br />plan. <br />NOW, THE:RFI~ORE, TI-iE PLANNLNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF P7.,EASAN"I'ON <br />RESULVI-;S "I'HE FOLLO WIN C3: <br />S eetion 1 . Approves Vc-ysting Tentative Tract Map 7706., the application of Rc~n grid Kin~t <br />Winter for Vesting Tentative Tract Map approval to subdivide one parcel into five <br />parcels, located at 520 St_ John Street, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2_ This resolution shall become effective 7 5 days after its passage at~d adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
