The proposed use complies with all relevant sections of the zoning ordinance. Granting a conditional use permit to the applicant would be consistent with the City's ability to regulate zoning as listed in the Municipal Code. Theretbre, this finding can be made_ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed conditional use would he compatible with the existing uses in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, TIIE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAN"fON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1_ Approves Casc PCUP-146, the applicatiori of Rrattk Fiala, Franlc Fiala FZooFing, Inc., for a conditional use penrtit to operate a roof contractor's business at 1228 Quarry Lane, Suite C, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
