Approves Case PDR-489 and PV-138, the application of Nordstrom and The Mills Company for design review approval ol` a phased development plan 1<~r the expansion and remodeling of Sto neridge Mall, consisting of the following= ~1~ Phase T will relocate the existing Nord stronZ store by constructing 144,000 square feet of new retail area, add two restaurants totaling 15,600 square feet, construct a three-level parking deck consisting of 90] parking spaces, construct various site modit3cations, and include a variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code to reduce the width and length of the parking spaces for die parking deck from 1 O feet by 20 feet to 9 feet by 1 8 feet; and ~2) Conceptual approval for Phase 77, which includes the addition of approximately 15,234 square feet of in£ill retail space, and for Phase lll, which includes the adaptive reuse of the existing 161,000-square-foot Nordstrom store and the location of a new cinema, at 1 , ] 300, and ] 600 Stoneridge Mall Road, subject to the co~iditions shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by referencc_ Section 2.
