37. No newspaper dispensers shall be allowed outside of the building unless the. enclosure and newspaper racks match the others used on Main Street. All such vehicles shall be retztoved from the site at the end of each workday. 42_ Dust and irtud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of construction. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the building permit plans. 43. The project developer shall submit a. waste generation disposal and diversion plzxn to the Building Departn~xent prior to issuance of building or demolition penriits_ The plan shall include the estimated cotrtposi lion and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer shall recycle at ]cast fifty percent <50%~ of the job site construction and demolition waste. Proof of complivice shall be provided to the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of final occupancy. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The proj act developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for all waste disposal Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash recycling company. 7
