37. No newspaper dispensers shall be allowed outside of the building unless the. enclosure and <br />newspaper racks match the others used on Main Street. At no time shall the delivery of construction material, parking of construction vehicles, or <br />storage: of construction material impede the flow of tralYic on Division Street unless temporary <br />and approved by the City 1/ngineer_ <br />41 _ A construction trailer shall be allowed to be placed on the project site for daily <br />administration/coordination purposes during the construction period_ At no time shall campers, <br />trailers, motor hon-xes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be retztoved from the site at the end of each workday. <br />42_ Dust and irtud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of <br />construction. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br />building permit plans. <br />43. The project developer shall submit a. waste generation disposal and diversion plzxn to the Building <br />Departn~xent prior to issuance of building or demolition penriits_ The plan shall include the <br />estimated cotrtposi lion and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer <br />shall recycle at ]cast fifty percent <50%~ of the job site construction and demolition waste. Proof <br />of complivice shall be provided to the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of <br />final occupancy. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash <br />disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The <br />proj act developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for all waste disposal Only that <br />portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of <br />or diverted by another trash recycling company. <br />7 <br />
