K. Prior to the iss uanec of a building pern~tit, the applicant shall submit to the <br />Building Department a report f-rom a structural engineer, licensed by the State of <br />Czzli R~rnia, stating that the proposal would he structurally sound- No building <br />permit shall be issued until the LJirector of Building lnspcetion reviews and <br />approves the structural report. <br />9. Prior to the issuance oFa building permit, the property owner or authorized agent <br />for the project shall provide a financial guarantee to Lhe Building Department for <br />the retryoval of the facility in the event that the use is abandoned, or its approval <br />terminated- The f7nanci al guarantee shall be 1 O% of the cost of eonstructittg the <br />facility and shall be submitted in cash or as a bond.. If subn~xitted as a bond, tl-ac <br />bond shall be valid for a minimum of six years from the date of building permit <br />issuance. Prior Lo the issuance of a building pcrniit, the property owner or the <br />authorized agent for the project shall also sign an interest waiver for the financial <br />guarantee. In the event that the entire facility is removed from the site, the <br />property owner or authorized agent for the project tray request a refund of the <br />financial guarantee. All refund requests shall be made through the Planning <br />DeparLxnent. <br />1 O. The mounting equipn-xent used to support the antennas shall be fire rest stant, <br />termite proof, and subject to all requirements of the Uniform Building Codc. <br />7 1 . "fhe personal wireless service facility shall be reviewed and approved by the Fire <br />Departm ant and the Building Department prior to the installation of-the personal <br />wireless service facility- All required City permits must he obtained prior to the <br />installation of the personal wireless service facility- <br />12. Cingular Wireless shall hire a qualil-icd eleetx-ical engirxaer licensed by the States o1- <br />California, and approved by the Zoning Administrator to measure the actual radio <br />tiequency radiation oPihe personal wireless service fxcil ity and detertz~ine if it <br />meets the F'edera] Communications Comrnissioxi s stat~dards. A report of all <br />calculations, required nieasurern ants, and the engineering's findings, with respect <br />to cotnpliancc with radio i?-eq uency standards shall be submitted to the Planning <br />4 <br />
