The installation of the wireless facility including six antennas mounted to a <br />45-foot tall tree pole and Fvc related equipment cabinets shall be constructed and <br />maintained substantially as shown on the plans, written narratives and photo <br />simulations, )/xhi bit A, dated "May 1. R, 2005" and "Received June 24, 2005" on <br />t31e with the Ylanning Department, except as modified by these conditions. Minor <br />ehan ges to the project may be allowed su bj act to prior approval by the Ylanning <br />Director, if found to be in substantial conforrraance with the approved exhibits- <br />2_ The personal wireless service facility shall adhere to the regulations contained in <br />Chapter 18.110, ~Ycrsonal Wireless Service Facilities of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br />>_ All conditions of annroval for this case shall be written by the nroiect <br />developer on all build ink permit elan check sets submitted for review and <br />annroval_ "These conditions of approval shall be on, at all times, all grading and <br />construction plaits kept on the project site. It is the responsibility oFthe building <br />developer to ensure that the project contractor is aware of, and abides by, all <br />conditions of approval. Prior approval tiom the Planning Department iraust be <br />received before any changes are constituted in site design, grading, building <br />design., building colors or materials, etc. <br />4. The "foliage density" of the monotree shall be approved by the Ylanning Director, <br />but shall be as dense and have ai least as many branches as the existing moa-aotree <br />to the west of the proposed monotree. <br />5. Final detailed panel antem~aa drawings shall be included in the plans subaraitted for <br />the issuance of a building permit. Said detailed drawings shall he consistent with <br />the approved detailed drawings plus any conditions of approval, and shall be <br />detailed in terms of diaraensions_ <br />7. Prior to operating the antennas, the applicant shall install all signage reeluired by <br />the Federal Communications Commission- <br />
