Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans, Exhibit A, dated <br />"Received _l my 25, 2005" on file with the Planning Deparriraent, except as modified by the <br />Iollowing conditions- Minor changes to the plans may he allowed. subject to the approval of the <br />Planning Director if found to be in substantial conti~rn~anc.e to the approved exhibits. <br />2. All conditions ofPUD-81-30-64D shall reli~aitz in full Lorca and effect, unless superseded by the <br />conditions of this application. <br />3. Should parking problems develop in the future, as determined by the Planning Director, <br />additional parking stall be provided up to the minitnlirrt number of parking requirements <br />specified by the Hacienda Design C; uidelines_ Upon written notice front the Planning Director, <br />the project developer shall submit an application for design review for the parking structure to <br />the Planning Director for review and approval within thirty <30) days from the said notice. The <br />location of the parking structure shall be the same as shown on the site plan of I-:xhibit A. Upon <br />approval of-the design review, the project developer shall construct the parking structure within a <br />reasonable time frame as determined by the Planning Director. If necessary, the matter shall be <br />ret erred to the Planning Cotr~mission for rwiew- <br />4. The proj cct developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject prior to <br />issuance of building pertrrits. The type and anic>unt of the fees shall be those in effect at the time <br />the building permit is issued. <br />5. This design review approval will lapse within one <1) year from the date of approval unless a <br />building perrrlit is issued and construction has c.on~nzenccd and is diligently pursued toward <br />completion or an extension has been approved by the City. <br />6. It is the responsibility of the building developer to ensure <br />that the project landscape contractor is aware of, and adheres to, the approved landscape and <br />irrigation plans. Prior approval from the Planning De=partment must be received before any <br />changes are constituted in site design, grading, building design, building colors or materials, <br />landscape material., etc. <br />7. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the project developer shall pay the required ecammerci al <br />dcvelopnient school impact fee as prescribed by state law and as adopted by the Pleasanton <br />Unified School District <br />
