Prior to first framing inspection, the height of the primary structure shall be surveyed <br />and verified as being in conformance to the approved building height of 15 feet from <br />the lowest grade- Said verification is the prgjcet developer's responsibility and shall <br />prior to receiving a fouudation inspection for the structure, the applicant shall <br />submit a pad elevation ccrtitication prepared by a licensed land surveyor or registered <br />civil engineer to the Chief Building Uffi cial and Ylanning Director, certifying that the <br />pad elevations and building locations (setbacks) arc pursuant to the approved plans. <br />Eugiucc ring Couditious <br />14. Prior to building permit issuance, the prof cct developer shall provide a gcotachnical <br />report prepared by an engineer licensed by the State of California to the satisfaction of <br />the Planning Director- The project developer shall comply with all reconi~r~endations of <br />said geotechnical report. <br />1 5. Prior to building permit issuan ee, the project developer shall iuelude erosion <br />control/stor-~ii water quality measures on the final grading plan which shall specifically <br />address measures to prevent soil, dirt, and debris from entering the storm drain systen-i_ <br />Such measures may include, but are not limited to, hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, <br />and siltation fences and arc subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br />Building lnspection. <br />Landscaping Conditions <br />1 F.
