All condition of approval for the approved Planned L7nit Development (PUD- 82-16) <br />shall remain in force and are incorporated by reference <br />3. The design review approval shall lapse one year froar~ the eitective date of approval <br />unless a building permit is obtained and construction diligently pursued, or the City has <br />approved a time extetision_ <br />4. All conditions of approval Ior this case shall be reprinted and included as a plan sheets) <br />with the building permit plan check sets submitted for review a.aid approval. These <br />conditions of approval shall be on, at all times, all grading and construction plans kept on <br />the project site. <br />5. Prior approval from the Planning Department must be received before any changes are <br />constituted in site design, grading, building design, building colors or materials, <br />landscape material, etc. <br />Planning <br />6. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work shad stop and the City in~n~ediately notified. The CJounty Coroner <br />and the Native Americart I-icritagc Commission shall be noti£cd, and procedures <br />followed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act_ A similar note shall <br />appear on the grading and construction plans. <br />7_ A construction trailer shall be allowed to be placed on the project site for daily <br />administration/coordination purposes during the construction period. At no time shall <br />campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters <br />on tl-ic construction site. All such vehicles, if any, shall be rcnioved from the site at the <br />end of each workday. <br />
