The project developer shall submit a final grading acid drainage plait prepared by a <br />licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, <br />including concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and till slopes from surface water <br />overtlow_ This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer <br />and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building pcrrnits. <br />8 Ei_ The project developer shall submit a re i'undable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. 1 he amount of this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />87.
