39. The project developer shall install the landscaping facing the new Vineyard Avenue and old Vineyard Avenue rights-ot=way per YIJ CJ-O1 to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the Planning Director. 40. The project developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the Chief Building Ofti cial prior to the issuance of any building perniits_ 41 . "11ic project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. 42. The haul route for all niatcri als to and from this development shall. be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. 43. The prof eci developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans- 44. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems to the house covered by this approval shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer- 45. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the project developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. 46. The project developer's contractor(s~ shall. obtain an encroachtrient permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equip~rient onto the site.
