39. The project developer shall install the landscaping facing the new Vineyard Avenue and <br />old Vineyard Avenue rights-ot=way per YIJ CJ-O1 to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />and the Planning Director. <br />40. The project developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a <br />licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the Chief Building Ofti cial prior <br />to the issuance of any building perniits_ <br />41 . "11ic project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />42. The haul route for all niatcri als to and from this development shall. be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br />43. The prof eci developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br />improvement plans- <br />44. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems to the house covered by this <br />approval shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer- <br />45. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the project <br />developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed <br />warranted by the City Engineer. <br />46.
