29_ final. inspection by the Planning, Department is req aired prior tc> occupancy. <br />30. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Coirlmission shall also be noti lied and <br />procedures followed as required in Appendix ^K" of the California Environmental <br />C2uality Act (CEQA)_ A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />3 1 . At no time shall campers, trailers, motor hoir~es, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed fiom the <br />site at the end of cacti workday_ <br />32. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor_ <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br />33. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Coda <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, C7hapter 2024. <br />34. The building covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler <br />system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler system shall be <br />submitted to the Pleasanton Building= Department for review and approval prior to <br />installation. The fire alarm system, including watert7ow and valve tamper, shall have <br />plans and specifications submitted to P'irc Prevention for review and approval prior to <br />installation_ All required inspections and witnessing of tests shall be completed prior to <br />final inspection and occupancy of the building. <br />35. The pr<iject developer shall keep the site iree of fire hazards from the start of ].umber <br />construction until the final inspcetion_ <br />36. Prior to any construction gaming, the project developer shall provide adequate Rrc <br />protection facilities including, but not limited to surface roads, fire hydrants, acid a water <br />supply and water flow in conSormance to the CJity's Firc Department Standards able to <br />suppress a major lire. <br />37. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, <br />lire: c:x Lin~,uishc:rs with a rrii nin~uni 2-A. 7 o-13.C rating. "l~he Ere extii>guishers shall bc: <br />located within a 75-foot radius of each other. <br />Engineering Requirements: <br />38. All required utilities shall be installed underground_ <br />
