34. Gated park entry points shall have a Knox Box, as approved by the Fire CJhief_ F_ach <br />Knox Box. shall have the entry type and number of keys required by the Fire CJhief. Keys <br />for any potential bollards to be installed shall also be provided to emergency response <br />agencies. <br />35. All public and private streets, driveways, aisles, and alleys designated as Pre lartes by the <br />Fire Chief shall be maintained in accordance with Articles 9 and 1 O of the Uniform Fire <br />Code which includes tow of vehicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire laiias shall be <br />painted red with "No Stopping FGrc Lane" signs as required by the vehicle Code. <br />36. As required by the Fire Chief, all sprinkler and back flow prevention Fire Department <br />connections (FDC) shall be placarded with the addresses) it serves. The placard shall be <br />submitted. with the signage package for the site and shall have numerals on a contrasting <br />background- All placards are subject to the review of the Fire Chief_ <br />Police <br />37. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with a» alarm <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Department "phis system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building- <br />Engineering <br />38. The project developer shall submit a I3nal grading and drainage plan prepared by a <br />licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, <br />including vegetated swales, to protect al] cut and fill slopes front surface water overflow. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the <br />Chief Building OPr ci al prior to the issuance of a~zy building permits. <br />39. The proj act developer shall construct vertical P_C_C_ curbs and gutters withit~ this <br />development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer- When the sidewalk is <br />adj accent to the curb and gutter, they shall be poured monolithically- <br />40. The haul route for all materials to and from this devcloptrtent shall he approved by the <br />City i?n~inccr l~ri c>r tc~ the issuartcc cif an cricroachm cnt p~rmit~ <br />41 . The project developer shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan, <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The project developer is responsible for <br />ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All cut and £ill slopes shall be <br />re-vegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after completion of grading, in no case <br />later than October 15. No grading shall occur between October 7 5 and April 15 unless <br />approved erosion control measures are in place, subject to the approval of the Building <br />Department. Such. measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent <br />landscaping is in place- <br />
