The paving sections for the on-site parking and drive areas shall be designed on the basis <br />of an R-Value test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated traffic loads- This design <br />shall be subject to the approval of the Chicf Building C>Ffi ci al. One or more sanitary sewer-sampling manholes shall be provided on each sanitary sewer <br />lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Chief Building Official. <br />26_ Prior to issuance of a building permit, the project developer shall pay the applicable <br />Zone 7 fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation meters. <br />Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer connection fees~ <br />27. The project developer shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Chief <br />Building OfRcial and shall pay for such review at the time of-ofli ci al plan submittal. <br />28. Building and sites plans are to be submitted to the Building and Safety Division on <br />computer disk in a format approved by the Chief. Digitized information shall be <br />submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built status and <br />architectural information as approved by the Chief. <br />29. Parking for handicapped persons shall he provided. in accordance with the nutrtber, <br />location, design, and paving standards required by the California Building Code aimed the <br />Director of Planning. <br />Fire <br />30_ The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (C)hapter 20.24 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code~_ <br />3 1 . The site shall be kept free of fire hazards fiom the start of construction to final inspection. <br />32. The project developer shall ensure that Fire protection facilities, including all surface <br />roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall <br />be installed. and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate <br />methods of protection are approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br />modified- Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, <br />to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without <br />the approval of the Fire Chicf_ <br />33. Fire extinguishers shall be provided in accordance with the recommendation of the Fire <br />Chief. <br />4 <br />
