9. Events and programs scheduled for the project site shall be limited to park-related <br />activities that do not exceed the available parking, as determined by the Director of Parks <br />acrd Community Services. <br />1 O. A rrrininiurn of one far-nily-style resiroom shall be provided in the public restroorrr facility <br />on site. The Planning Director shall approve the design of the restroom prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />1 1 _ All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minin~rum of 19 feet by 9 feet in size. Parking <br />spaces may overhang by a maximum of two feet into a landscaped area, as detenrined by <br />the Zoning Administrator. The dimensions of the parking stalls shall be clearly shown on <br />tyre Project construction plans_ Site plans shall be corrected to include tyre 48 "gravel <br />surfaces spaces" proposed immediately East of the 64-space permanent parking lot_ <br />These 48 spaces shall be perm anenily paved prior to occupancy of the baseball fields <br />proj ect_ <br />12_ The proj cct developer shall implement the rrreasures identified in the Green Building <br />Council's "Leadership in Energy and Enviror~nrental Design" (LEEDS standards in the <br />design, construction, and operation of the proposed buildings. These measures shall be <br />shown on the building permit plan set and submitted for review and approval before <br />issuance of a building permit In conjunction with the building permit application, the <br />project developer shall determine the building's "LEED Green Building Rating", using <br />tyre GBC evaluating methodology, and shall report the rating to the Planning Director <br />before issuance of the building permit which shall be reported to the Planning <br />Commission_ Prior to building permit issuance, the green building provisions that arc <br />proposed to be included in the development shall be submitted to the Alameda County <br />Waste Management Authority ~ACMWA~ for review and comment_ Once the ACWMA <br />has generated its comments, City siaf f-shall arrange a rYreeting between the ACWMA <br />staff and the project developer to discuss said comments and to determine if other <br />feasible, mutually agreeable green building measures can be incorporated into the project. <br />1 3_ The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the site for the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director prior to the issuance of building permits. The lighting <br />shall be designed, installed, and maintained so that glare is directed. away from the <br />residential neighborhoods to the south and east. <br />14_ Yrior to issuance of a building permit., the proj cct dc:vc.loper shall indicate the <br />construction staging area nn the plans submitted for building plan c,h cck. These plans <br />shall clearly illustrate the proposed location of materials storage, vehicle parking for <br />construction workers, and the parking location for heavy equipment. <br />15. All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall be <br />installed underground, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer. <br />2 <br />
