Resolution No. 97-51 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Stephen <br /> Chainberlin Associates/Federal Express for Planned Unit Development <br /> plan to construct a one-stoW, approximately 90, 163 sq. ft. warehouse/office <br /> building and an approximately 3,449 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance building to <br /> be utilized for Federal Express mail sorting and distribution operations, on <br /> an approximately 5.58 acre parcel generally located at the northeast comer <br /> ofi-680 and Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis <br /> impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON MAY 20, 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy E. ~zfdr~, Cit~lirk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
