<br />WIL TEe <br /> <br />Jeff Knowles <br />Proposal to Conduct Traffic Surveys <br />February 2, 2006 - Page 2 <br /> <br />STAFF PERSONNEL <br /> <br />We plan to use only fully trained permanent WIL TEe staff for this project and will not be <br />subcontracting or using interns or temporary employees. <br /> <br />The project will be directed by Moses R. Wilson, PE, who is a registered professional traffic <br />engineer with over 18 years professional experience in the direction and conduct of traffic surveys. <br />A copy of Moses' resume is attached. <br /> <br />FORMAT OF SURVEY RESULTS <br /> <br />All survey results will be presented electronically in Excel worksheets plus hard copies. A copy of <br />our standard 15-minute count increment sample worksheet is attached.
