There shall be a trough drain located at the exit to the car wash to capture water still dripping from the vehicles exiting the car wash. This drain shall drain either back to the carwash area For recycling or discharged to the sanitary sewer. Operating hours for the carwash shall be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday From 7:00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., and Sunday From 7:00 a.rrx_ to 7-00 p.m. Changes to these operating hours would require modification of the use permit approval. 17. For this use, the maximum number of employees that can be on-site during the maximum shift shall not exceed 29 cn-xployees. 18.
