1 3. The proj cct developer shall increase the inside radius oFthe curb return on the l_Jiah Street <br />driveway to more closely track the path of the vehicles entering the vacuum area. These <br />details shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer and the Planning Director before the building permit is issued. <br />14. There shall be a trough drain located at the exit to the car wash to capture water still <br />dripping from the vehicles exiting the car wash. This drain shall drain either back to the <br />carwash area For recycling or discharged to the sanitary sewer. The casiopy o£ the car <br />wash shall extend over the drain to prevent storm water from entering it These details <br />shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the satisfaction of the City Engineer axed <br />the Planning Director before the building permit is issued. <br />15. "rhe service station owner/operator shall ensure that the outdoor patio is adequately <br />xrtaintained, including trash removal, and shall post a sign clearly visible to the outdoor <br />patio area regarding the City's smoking ordinance. <br />Conditions Pertaining To Use And Operations: <br />1 f6. Operating hours for the carwash shall be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to <br />4:00 p.m., Saturday From 7:00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., and Sunday From 7:00 a.rrx_ to 7-00 p.m. <br />Changes to these operating hours would require modification of the use permit approval. <br />17. For this use, the maximum number of employees that can be on-site during the maximum <br />shift shall not exceed 29 cn-xployees. <br />18. All car wash water shall be recycled- These details shall be shown on the building permit <br />plan set to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the Planning Director before the <br />building permit is issued- <br />19. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be utilized <br />on the site or buildings. <br />20. If operation of this use results in cons-lists pertaining to parking, noise, traf tic, or other <br />impacts, at the discretion of the Plarxrting Director, this conditional use permit n~xay be <br />referred to the Planning Commission For subsea ucnt review at a public bearing. IF <br />necessary, the Planning Conixrxission nzay modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br />General Conditions. <br />21. The project developer shall obtain a Building Permit from the Building Department and <br />any other applicable City permits For the project prior to the conmzencenient o£ any <br />construction. <br />
