These measures shall be shown on the building permit plate set submitted to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval before issuance of the t3rst building permit- The project <br />developer shall provide the future homeowners the necessary information delineating the <br />means by which photovoltaic panels can be applied to the roofs of the structures covered <br />by this approval "Phis information shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review <br />and approval prior to the occupancy of the first unit. <br />Fire <br />29. "flte project developer shall meet all applicable Fre and security requirements in <br />Chapters 2024 and 20.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />30. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards irom the start of construction to final <br />i nspcction. <br />Engineering <br />31 . Construction access routes shall be limited to those approved by the City Engineer or <br />Chief Building Ott3cial and shall be shown on the approved grading plan- <br />32. Any damage to cxistitig street or sidewalk improvements during construction on the <br />suY~ject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the Planning Director and City <br />Engineer at full expense to the developer- This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or <br />street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />33. T1ie applicant's contractor~s~ shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City <br />Pngineer prior to n~toving any construction equipment onto the site. <br />34. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management Practice ~BMY~ program <br />for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />and/or grading permits. These BMY's shall be implemented by the general contractor <br />and all subcontractors and suppliers of materi ats and eq uipment_ Construction site <br />cleanup and control of construction debris shall also be addressed in this program. <br />Failure to corrtply with the approved construction BMP may result in the issuance of <br />correction notices, citations, or a project stop work order. <br />35. All driveways shall con-t ply with the requirements of the Public Works Department <br />regarding, width, location, and type- <br />Stormwater De.ai~n Rc. etuirc.mc. rets- <br />36. The project shall comply with the Alatrteda CJountywidc NYDES Permit #CA50029831, <br />a copy of which is available at the City offices- <br />5 <br />
