Additionally, the project developer shall pay any applicable Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District <DSRSD~ sewer permit fee_ <br />1 6. The prpject developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee <br />the availability oPsufficient sewer capacity to serve Lhis development by the approval <br />of this case, and that the project developer agrees and ac)<nowled ges that building <br />pcrnzit approval niay be withheld if sewer capacity is found by thy. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits, die adequacy of which shall be detert~~ined by the <br />Plamzing Director- All required screc»ing shall be provided prior to occupa.i~ey_ <br />20.
