b. Subxrxit a refundable cosh bond for hazard and erosion control prior to issuance of <br />a<i Engineering or Building Department permit. The City Engineer will dctenrxine <br />the amount of this bond. <br />Submit a waste management plan to the Building Department prior to issuance of <br />building or demolition pennits_ The plan shall include the estimated composition <br />and quantities of waste to be generated and how the prof act developer intends to <br />recycle at least 50-percent of the total job site construction and demolition waste <br />measured by weight or volux-ne_ Proof of compliarxce shall be provided to the <br />Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During <br />dexrxolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal <br />bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only"_ The <br />project developer shall con-tact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all <br />waste from the site. <br />d. Prior to building Hermit issuance, submit a grading and drainage design plan to <br />the Engineering Department for review and approval. <br />The plan shall demonstrate that the proposed developm ant would <br />minimize or eliminate increases in the volume or rate of runoff associated <br />with both small and large storm event including two-year to 7 00-year storxri <br />events from the development site. <br />Submit a construction Best Management Practices (BMP's~ program for review <br />and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance o£building and/or grading <br />permits. These BMP's shall be ixr~plemented by the general contractor and all <br />subcontractors and suppliers of materials and cquiprricnt. Construction site <br />cleanup and control of construction debris shall also be addressed. Failure to <br />comply with the approved construction BMY may result in the issuance of <br />correction notices, citations, or a stop work ord cr_ <br />17. Prior final occunanev, the subject property shall be connected to the public sanitary sewer <br />line and water service located in Vineyard Avcnuc_ Al] existing septic tanks or holding <br />tanks shall be removed. or sealed, tilled, and abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of <br />the Alameda County Department of Health Services. <br />18_ All utilities required to serve the existing house on-site shall be installed underground, <br />including telephone, cable, electric, and gas lines. <br />
