Recommends approval of Case PUD-98-16-3M, the application of David Bogstad/ <br />Loving c~ Campos Architects, and Jeff Woods/Black Mountain Development for a <br />major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development developiricnt plan to <br />modify the design guidelines and re view processes for the future homes of the <br />Mariposa Ranch development by the Callipe Preserve Golf Course, in the Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan Area, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto acid made part of this case by re ference_ <br />Section 2.
