6. The business owner/property owner or designated representative of the business shall <br />maintain the area surrounding the restaurant/bar, outdoor areas, adjacent walkways, <br />parking lots, and public sidewalks in front of and 1 00 feet therefrom the north and south <br />limits of the structure, in a clean and orderly manrxer at all times_ The public sidewalks <br />and private property adjacent to the restaurant/bar shall be cleaned each n-xorning prior <br />to neighboring retail business hours. These areas shall be regularly monitored to ensure <br />public peace and sanitary conditions_ <br />if non-compliant, the Planning Director may immediately suspend the conditional use <br />permit "1'he Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing within 40 days, and if <br />not satisfied that the regulation, general provision or condition is being complied with, <br />may revoke the use permit <br />7. The outdoor patio shall be for dining only. No alcohol shall be consumed on. the patio <br />unless patrons are seated and eating a `bona Fde' meal served by waitstaff. Otherwise, <br />alcohol service and consumption is allowed only within the physical building envelope_ <br />The owner(s~ shall ensure that no alcoholic beverages arc taken outside. The doors of <br />the restaurant/bar shall remain closed when not being used for ingress/egress purposes. <br />The applicant shall install sell=closing door mechanisms on all exterior doors_ <br />if non-compliant, the Ylam~ing Director may immediately suspend the conditional use <br />perrrxit_ The Plarxxzing Con-rmission shall hold a public hearing within 40 days, and if <br />not satisfied that the regulation, general provision or condition is being complied with, <br />n-xay revoke the. use permit <br />"1'he owner shall repair the existing adjacent wooden fence and install a 6 foot chain lirxlc <br />fence adjacent to it to prevent patrons from cutting through to gain access to the Union <br />Jack Pub. The owner shall maintain both fences in good repair_ Any damage by patrons <br />shall he repaired immediately_ <br />9. "flxe business shall comply with State law, as well as Pleasanton Municipal Code about <br />smoking in public and work places. <br />1 O_ "1'he owner shall comply with all regulations associated with the license issued by ABC. <br />If non-compliant, the Planning Director may immediately suspend the conditional use <br />permit. The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing within 40 days, and if not <br />satisfied that the regulation, general provision or condition is being complied with, may <br />revoke the use permit. <br />7 7 _ The use. will ba reviewed in six months by the Planning C]oxnmission after operation <br />starts.
