The business owner/property owner or designated representative of the business shall maintain the area surrounding the restaurant/bar, outdoor areas, adjacent walkways, parking lots, and public sidewalks in front of and 1 00 feet therefrom the north and south limits of the structure, in a clean and orderly manrxer at all times_ The public sidewalks and private property adjacent to the restaurant/bar shall be cleaned each n-xorning prior to neighboring retail business hours. These areas shall be regularly monitored to ensure public peace and sanitary conditions_ if non-compliant, the Planning Director may immediately suspend the conditional use permit "1'he Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing within 40 days, and if not satisfied that the regulation, general provision or condition is being complied with, may revoke the use permit 7. The outdoor patio shall be for dining only. No alcohol shall be consumed on. the patio unless patrons are seated and eating a `bona Fde' meal served by waitstaff. Otherwise, alcohol service and consumption is allowed only within the physical building envelope_ The owner(s~ shall ensure that no alcoholic beverages arc taken outside. The doors of the restaurant/bar shall remain closed when not being used for ingress/egress purposes. The owner shall maintain both fences in good repair_ Any damage by patrons shall he repaired immediately_ 9.
