6. Details of the flagpoles and flags on the building roof and front wall shall be shown on <br />the plans submitted for issuance of the initial building permits and shall be subject to <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of the initial building <br />pertizit_ Said flagpoles and flags shall conform to the requirements of Chapters 1 8.74 and <br />1 8.84 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />7_ Details of the awnings shall be shown on the plaits submitted for issuance of the initial <br />building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of the initial building permit. The storefront awnings shall comply with <br />the sidewalk clearances specified in the Downtown Design Guidelines. <br />8_ Except as modified above, all conditions of approval of the previous design review <br />approval (Case PDR-355) shall remain in full force and effect. <br />{endj <br />2 <br />
